The Espaillat Cabral Institute offers eye care to patients whose limited economic resources prevent access to specialized health services with advanced technology. Since its inception, the Institute has treated thousands of patients in consultation, has performed the necessary diagnostic tests and has carried out surgical procedures at no cost to patients in need.

Most of our medical staff is or has been involved in training programs for recently graduated doctors, and do volunteer work through various institutions.
